Pros

Good place for Seasonal work, easy to learn the procedures and time goes fast because it is busy. Once the work day is over, you do not have anything hanging over your head.

Cons

It took a long time to get from the application process to starting work and my employment ended without warning when they finished with me.

Overall, pretty good

Pros

Pretty solid paid time-off and vacation packages, reasonably priced medical/dental insurance. Opportunities to advance within the company.

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale for big-box retailers. Most employees are part-timers, and thus have little to no investment to the company. Very difficult to find talent that is willing to do the necessary work when they are getting 15 to 20 hours weekly. Push "metrics" way too vigorously, to the point where it frustrates the customer.
