Pros

If you're in your 20's, don't have a family and just gaining your first experience, maybe it's not the worst place ( but it's surely not the best one!)

Cons

Minimum hourly rate. You have to be always available! If you have a child and trying to work your schedule with them, they make you feel like the worst person, because the best criteria for them - YOU HAVE TO BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE! Very unfriendly team!

Pros

Hours 10 months of the year aren't bad. Customers aren't bad until around Christmas time.

Cons

I am divorced. I get my kids every other weekend. 48 days a year. If I didn't specifically request time, I got MAYBE 6 of those days off, and NEVER both unless i took personal or vacation time. Even though the other assistant would have been willing to work opposite weekends with me. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I did not hang out with the Manager and the other assistant. So I was never "trustworthy" to them because I did not break company policy with them... HR Does not take complaints of any employee at any level seriously.

Cons

Pay is not competitive the seasonal employees are usually just bodies filling in hiring quota Lots of heavy lifting and virtually no time to collect yourself during season
