Pros

Great people to work with, fun customers, great product

Cons

Tons of pressure for credit card and protection plan sales, toys are way overpriced, terrible toy selection for the customer (Target is FAR better!) and horrible pay.

Pros

-Doing a great job entails getting "ic's" (instant credit applications), having fast transactions and meeting your Rewards goals. If you can do this, you will be kept on board as a regular sales associate after the holiday season is over. - It's great for college kids or someone who needs a little extra cash for the season and doesn't NEED the job all year. - If you do outstanding on cash register, you will be promoted to Customer Service Rep within 6 weeks. - 36--40 hours a week during holiday season. -They make holidays & birthdays fun for employees.

Cons

-Asking about credit cards/rewards can be wearing, especially when the customers get annoyed by it. (You have to ask or else the customer gets a free gift card). -90% of the seasonal people hired will be let go around January 5th. -Can be a boring job.
