There was almost no training provided to new employees, yet employees were yelled at if they did not know how to do something. No training lead to unhappy customers because none of the employees know what they are doing. There was so much turnover, in the short time I was there I saw many people quit within their first week. All management is worried about is signing people up for the credit card.

Training has much to desire. The work load is un realistic for the amount of TMs available to do the work.
