Pros

After being at a few other SaaS organizations over the past few years - I can say that Traackr's people are more than willing to support you, listen to what changes need to be made, and most importantly, actually take action to make these changes. The tech is awesome and works, clients are excited and the culture is 10/10.

Cons

Only con is not being able to see my coworkers as often as I'd like! This is definitely a personal preference as we are WFH and I don't live close enough to everyone to travel a ton.

Pros

• The people are the best of the best, both in skill and in kindness. • Good design is clearly appreciated throughout the organization. • I have the right balance of freedom and structure - no micromanagement at all. • The work is challenging and interesting. • There are no politics, and no feelings like I have to hold my tongue or act unauthentically. I can be myself and speak my thoughts. Complete transparency all the way up to leadership.

Cons

You know an organization is genuinely good when you have to TRY to find something negative. And I can't even think of any 😅

Pros

The product is really great and getting better. It is rewarding to hear how helpful it is for our clients. The employees and management are very smart. I learn from my colleagues all the time but I also feel they value my opinion and recommendations.
