Pros

Great team, dedicated, smart, and overall good people. Vision for the company and the industry has been on the money year in year out.

Cons

Very distributed nature of the team creates overhead and unnecessary friction when taking on large new initiatives. All very manageable though compared to any other organization I worked at.
