Pros

Product is innovative. Some talented people, but get little to no support to grow professionally.

Cons

CEO controls everything and his leadership team show zero accountability for their lack of strategy. CEO has put leadership in place that have no prior experience and are easily manipulated to his ways. Complete lack of strategy. Unrealistic sales targets, Leadership bias to people who just drink the kool aid, and they have ZERO care for people. The culture is beyond toxic, it is evil and is driven from leadership who bully, micromanage and only care to cover their own backs.

Pros

-Some smart tech people -Get to talk sports everyday -Cool, innovative concept -When remote workers come into town, their per diem is unlimited. Ironic because they now have no money and laid off 25% of the employees

Cons

(Check the other reviews, NOT the fake ones written by currently employees and you'll see what I'm about to say is unanimous) -Leadership is #1 issue -The CEO David "messed up" with budgeting and unexpectedly laid off 25% of the company -Terminated everyone right before they were supposed to get their quarterly commission check -The people that are in leadership are average 35 yrs old and have 0 experience leading a company. All sales people with D1 athletic backgrounds -Leadership preaches the idea of transparency but has created the most toxic work environment with no expectations or vision -Immature culture, they all just party and hook up with each other -Zero job security, they'll convince you move to Austin just to lay you off -No diversity, everyone is white and male
