Pros
The healthcare benefits are good. They pay for most of the employee cost. The flexibility in schedule is also a plus.
Cons
The company culture is not what it seems. They pride themselves on transparency and not being "corporate" but they will cut you as quickly as they hired you if you don't fulfill their purpose or ideal. They convince kids in their 20s to uproot their lives, move to Austin and take a chance on them and then don't even flinch when they decide to terminate them after only a couple of months. They do not build people up or give employees the support they really need. If you don't fit in then you just won't succeed at Trace.
