Trace is a phenomenal company to work at. As an organization, Trace offers a rare mix of vision, execution, and humanity. The leadership team is deeply and uniquely dedicated to solving a crucial problem in youth soccer and beyond. They treat employees like family, and it is seriously appreciated. Employment at Trace provides a space to grow immensely, ask questions, solve problems and join an intellectual group of intelligent and driven individuals that ultimately don’t take themselves too seriously and love to laugh. Trace is crystal clear on expectations at the outset of employment and I would recommend working at Trace to anyone interested. It is a game-changing experience and I am beyond grateful to be a Trace employee.

- simple, uncomplicated tasks - lots of time to chill (free to use your phone/computer during downtime) - free snacks - casual attire allowed - flexible schedule

Cons

- part-timers do not get benefits like health insurance, PTO, paid sick leave - unlikely to move up from working in the warehouse
