Pros

working with sports everyday was fun, that’s it.

Cons

They treat everyone as temporary, because you are. As soon as they don’t like something, they can you. At least 2 people a month get let go - absolutely no security. The positive reviews are only because the higher ups force employees to post them.

-You are given all of the resources you need to succeed at your job -Fun work environment Trace has been great experience thus far because you are empowered to try new things and to constantly evolve and grow as a professional and as person. You also learn a lot from your peers as Trace is a very collaborative work environment.

Cons

Long hours/work on the weekend, but to be expected when joining a start-up.

Fast-paced, innovative work environment that's growing quickly. Lots of potential and a product that is truly fun to sell. The people here have high, ambitious energy that's contagious.

Cons

Rapid growth which causes growing pains like every Sales Org. With that, comes moving pieces so just need to be willing to adapt to changes.
