      Turnover for a reason

      Pros

      I think there's a lot that's good about the job - pto,flexible schedule, some of the people, the occasional spiff from certain reps

      Cons

      The workload for many of the renewals specialist is beyond what is possible to do. Managers are encouraging and encourage you not to work outside of work hours-- which is genuinely impossible with the volume. The constant stress is not worth it. THe benefits are also not particularly good.

      Flexible hours, huge upside, significant opportunity to network

      Cons

      Leadership in certain geos is pretty brutal. I was a top performer in my region and developed a significant GP pipeline in my first full year of employment - didn't matter. They ended up paying me a significant amount of money months after they axed me upon the direction of HR. I'm not saying all BUs in T3 are bad, I know they are not. But, I would be very, very careful here. For obvious reasons, can't disclose more.

      - flexible hours - basically fully remote - worked on really interesting projects

      Cons

      - pay was pretty low - not the best management in place - not the best support from peers/management for an entry level role - no plan on career progression or advancing within the company
