There was a stark difference between pre and post-COVID. During the pandemic, they were all about providing the best work environment for their team, and since then, this care for their team members has gone up in flames. This corporation is so out of touch with both their customers and their employees. The amount of money that is poured into their trade show every year is sickening when you look at how much they pay their front-line workers. With their recent decision to forgo all DE&I incentives, I wish nothing but the worst for this company and those who run it. Gen Z is going to squish TSC like a bug and I am enjoying the downfall of this business.
