      Pros

      Deadlines are flexible; and it can take more than 5 years to make a product decision and another 3 years to implement.

      Cons

      You are expected to function with minimal information, but make business decisions even though you are never given the opportunity to see the "big picture".

      Pros

      The customers and team I work with are great people! The company has great ideas.

      Cons

      Now lets make those ideas a reality...A training budget is a must. Three shifts for hourly team members. Two weeks for team leads would make worlds of difference. Being a home store of a District Manager that sucks the joy out of every single day makes this a job that no one would want. Every day is stressful and full of 'what will he be like today?' thoughts. Every possitive word spoken is followed by three negative words. It makes life quite depressing. The whole team feels like they are on vacation when the DM is gone!

      Strong core values and business model. Excellent benefits with decent salary and huge growth potential. United management goals and clear guidance.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times, as with many retail positions. Fast pace with often overwhelming workload. This requires a certain dedication and desire to overcome.
