      Pros

      Relaxed schedule and they are willing to work around school. There are some opportunities to move up but they are hard to find.

      Cons

      Sometimes work was really difficult and recognition for putting in extra effort was non existent. Sometimes customers were unreasonable at the location I was positioned.

      Pros

      You get a 15% discount on product. They do an "open door policy" and you never feel incapable or intimated by approaching Sr management or executives with stuff. The management team is on a first name basis with even the hourly help desk clerks which is a real perk (as opposed to being locked in a office and "too good" for the peons in a company).

      Cons

      Very horrible pay - not competitive at all. There is a huge in-balance in the male to female ratio of the work force and that may be due simply to the nature of the industry. Not a family friendly environment - you are expected to put your job ahead of your children.
