      Pros

      A fun place to work especially if you enjoy the Rural lifestyle, It's kind of like a guy's toy store. It has a small town family atmosphere instead of the big box type of retailers. A much larger company than it appears to most outsiders

      Cons

      Long hours, physical work and fast pace that does'nt let up much. A lot of technical questions that range from animal health, electrical and hardware solutions, parts for old farm tractors as well as lawn and garden equipment. Be ready to learn and spend a lot of time researching other peoples' problems and teaching your staff to do the same.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, and full of energy! It's a small store, so there is always the opportunity to do multiple jobs and stay busy! It definitely keeps you on your toes....

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all. There are unlimited opportunities for promotion within the company, but the additional pay is not proportionate to the added responsibilities.
