Pros
Great company values and mission, OK benefits, OK 401k, nothing super outstanding.
Cons
Top down management with unrealistic expectations. If you're salaried you're "expected" to work 50 hours/week or MORE. This is told to you, so expect to hear this a lot. You'll be directed to work late or weekends. NO work/life balance even though it is part of their values. They push "development" but do not allow people to participate in training because the team is "always constrained." Development is also part of their values but there is no follow-through. There is no plan in place to cross-train people for when something happens and people are out on leave or unexpectedly get sick. Everything is very slow moving - there is no push for anything! Not open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. I feel like teams are dysfunctional and if you are not brown-nosing, you're not going anywhere.
