      Pros

      Good pay comparing to other tractor supplies I've heard of great team members. Get a 15% discount on everything.

      Cons

      Manager. Very hard to get along with. Won't let you take bathroom breaks without calling you. Very favoriting over employee to employee dirty back room, birds, pooping everywhere. Used to have 5 minute breaks when we needed them. Now they took those away and see, I'm just letting poloes talk to each other at all.probably some more things that I can't and get off the top of my head.

Leadership is supportive and genuinely invested in developing their managers and team members. Training is structured, expectations are clear, and there is a lot of opportunity for career growth within the company. The company does a good job balancing operational discipline with taking care of people. Benefits are competitive and the business is well run.

      Cons

      Like most retail environments, the workload can be heavy, especially during peak seasons and high-volume freight weeks. Hours can be long and the pace can be demanding. Some processes can feel very structured or rigid at times, and staffing challenges can make certain weeks more stressful than others.
