They will fire you for almost nothing. Two weeks into being talked into leaving my place of employment of years. No one knows what’s going on. Idiots on forklifts wrecking into one another, shelf’s, etc. I stood up for a girl being harassed by a group of men and was fired. No violence occurred, no threats. I went and reported it and then I was put on administrative leave because of this after two weeks of being a stellar employee and then called and fired on a 30 second call. Was asked for things like to show up 30 minutes before my shift to do work related task but not be getting paid. After 2-3 weeks I still couldn’t use half the computer systems, couldn’t scan into service equipment that needed work. Antiquated systems that don’t work, that also management barely knows how to work. No training on anything from management unless you force it. The technician that gave me my walk through did nothing but tell me how much he hates the place, how bad it was, and how he’s just awaiting a surgery and needs the insurance before quitting (after 8 years with the company).
