Rate of pay.no cost of living raises. You only get a 3% raise every year. Christmas is when employees see true side of company. You get 40% off 1 item, discount can't be over $100 and it can't be anything on sale. So the weekend of your 40% off is not a pay week and they put almost everything on sale or managers special so there is very few items you can use it on. Employees get paid every 2 weeks.
