      Strong company with a proven track record

      Cons

      Tractor Supply has lost the personal touch they once had through their drive to expand quickly and drive numbers for Wall Street. They have lost the personal touch the Store Support Center had with the stores and has caused the stores to lose a true focus on customer service.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. The company is still growing so slot of opportunity to move up in the company. Good benefits. The company prides itself on ethics and values which they do stand by.

      Cons

      Always a skeleton crew never enough staff to get what needs to be done in a timely manner. They also don't pay the staff very much so it feels like a consistent flow of people coming and going.

      There are no pros. Run from this place.

      Cons

      Only come to work here if you are into torture. They treat the employees really bad. They put everything on one or two in a store and then spend there time telling that one or two how horrible you are. Pay is crap and they will lie to you and make big promises to you to get you hired. Also they cut hours constantly so you can't staff a store. So sad.
