A 380 paycheck to support my family for two weeks for not making a plan based off of last years sales. I haven't seen the we care about your family part of the mission. Low starting wages 70% below poverty level. Not enough hours. Don't know if your going to have your hours cut monthly. Workload is more than they are buying your time for. Understaffed most of or all the time. District managers don't care about team members. Customers expect team members to know everything at a 9.50 an hour rate. Propane calls at a constant rate hard to get things done.

Echo other seasoned employee sentiments. Been at TSC over 3 years, working my way up from part time to full time receiver, and am probably going to leave soon. In a brand new store, great customer response to opening, busy as can be...but two openers, (receiver and TL) until 11:00 or so is terrible idea. Can't get my job done for working the floor, doing recovery that should have been done at closing, then having to leave 3 days a week at 1:30. My job is suffering and customer service is going down the tank.
