Management is lacking tremendously. Previous and current management didn't know how to manage their employees. Very little if any encouragement was given. It was all about completing to-do lists and criticism constantly. Nothing was done fast enough or good enough. In researching average pay for this type of position, I became aware that I was underpaid and feel taken advantage of. In two years I never made it over $10.00/hr and was always told I was in the "pay-scale." Not true.

Hard to move up within the company even if you are qualified (hire from outside-probably to keep costs down) Will add responsibilities to work load without adding pay or letting you move up Management doesn't listen to employees Felt stuck in entry level job "It's the way it's always been" mentality about a lot of processes Don't really listen to entry level people, even when they are doing the grunt work for the company Frustrating place to work when you have a high level of education but can't or aren't able to utilize it
