      15% Employee Discount on cheap Chinese crap!

      Cons

      overworked, underpaid, no work life balance, Sr. Management DMs, and RMs are liars! DMs sleep with their store managers and get away with it. No drug tests are done on anyone so drug use and abuse runs wild with no consequences. Store Managers are just pawns in a game they can't win. Start to get anywhere near a big bonus and they will make up a reason to terminate you so they don't have to pay it out.

      Pros

      There is plenty of room and opportunity for internal growth! Your customer base is hobby farmers, so it is mostly a polite and hard working environment from the shoppers.

      Cons

      You will work more hours than you ever expected, and they will use you if you let them. They would rather be under staffed and have you working 50+ hours than make room in the payroll for an extra employee.. which doesn’t make sense.
