      Pros

      Good customers Fun workplace Work is hard but rewarding.

      Cons

      Let me start by saying I have 24 years of retail experience. I was hired in with the understanding that my position received 48 hours per week and I have worked 48 hours per week. Now they have changed the hours for assistant manager and have taken 8 hours of overtime away from me. This equates to a loss of $185 per week from my pay.

      Growing Company Challenging work Solid bonus program Good, down to earth team members in the DCs and especially in the stores Strong Mission and Values System

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance is out of control Constant, unproductive pressure for production There seems to be discontent between store operations and supply chain operations at the higher levels of the organization, which transcends down the chain

      Pros

      Good ethics that the company follows very well. Friendly atmosphere and occasional store parties. Nice looking building and an okay store discount for employees (%15 off).

      Cons

      Scheduling for part timers is a joke. You don't get enough hours and you get called in all the time because they didn't schedule enough. Not good communication between management and team.
