      Good benefits - full benefit coverage for a good price Employee stock purchase - stock purchase available at a discounted price Good bonus - highest target bonus I have seen in retail

      Long hours - typical week is 50 hours, stat before 7:30 stay past 5:15 Slow moving - test, test and res test before decisions are made Some old school mentality that can be dabilitating

      Pros

      Challenging and enjoyable work. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow in the store and in the company. If you have ambition and good work ethic, you can make it far here.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the workload you're expected to carry. Can be physically demanding at times. Training is abysmal-nobody is trained how to do their job correctly, which often makes more work for me. Manager is a good person but not a good manager. Replenishment is lousy- can't get in the products our customers want, even though we're supposed to have them in stock.
