Wish I had joined them earlier in life. Would like more contests within District, Region and Company. Would like more manager meetings. Great way to increase knowledge.

The workload for the money is inexcusable. Constantly having to clean up behind team members who never put things up or clean up garbage behind themselves. There is no accountability for team members. Lack of training for new team members. Managers are no longer "working managers" many of them don't even have the product knowledge to wait on customers. Never enough workers to do the work required, managers make up the difference while being cut to 30 hours a week because we aren't making money but always opening new stores.
