It’s a good job if you are older and cannot do as many things, less mobile, or just need a source of income while working on a side buisness.

Cons

A lot of time spent inside vehicle or standing around not doing much. Also there are a lot of loopholes in pay of overtime.

Pros

There is excellent communication with all levels of management throughout the company from the VP's down to the local offices and even to the field crews. When there are projects to coordinate the team leaders are always approachable to help contribute to making every project a success.

Cons

Not having enough crews/staff to cover all of the projects available.
