      Pros

      Thumbs UP! Traffic Plan doesn't treat employees like they're interchangeable, or just a number! There is no call center where you're put on hold and made to "wait" while they know you're actively flagging in the middle of a busy roadway. At Traffic Plan, if you have an issue, your supervisor is your direct contact to resolving the matter with you! From the jump, this company far exceeds other Traffic Control companies I've worked for, and those of us who have been in the field know how hard it is to find a company who values what we do and treats us with respect. Traffic Plan is one of the good ones!

      Cons

      No Cons, just as someone who knows the Traffic Control Industry - if you've never flagged before, it's important to understand that this kind of job works off of the needs of clients - that's something that new flaggers never understand.

      Great people, Great places

      Pros

      Opportunity for a lot of overtime. You get to work outdoors in different places every day. Supervisors will be there for you 24/7. Paid training for your flagging certification.

      Cons

      Occasionally you are off on a weekday due to weather or if there are not a lot of jobs for that day. You have to stand all day but most people have no issue doing that.
