Just reached 90 days to get benefits okay so far.

Cons

Crew chiefs are lazy and don't like to get out of the vans at times, if they don't like you they go into the office and makeup stuff to get off the job site. They have a young high school clique thing going on. They don't like to give you a break to rest up or go to the restroom. Union rep sucks you ask him something he doesn't know or pass you on to someone else .
