Free Company T shirt and hoodie after 90 days. Some days you sit in a van and hide all day (may be a Con, if this is boring).

Cons

Some days you sit in a van and hide all day(may be a Pro, if like doing nothing). Co-workers are rude, back-stabbing, and harassing. You leave home very early, spend 100-200 non reimbursed miles/week driving to meet your partner. You immediately pay union dues, but are not a member until 6 months of employment. You can work the entire 6 months but not be given the $2000 sign in bonus,

Once u become crew chief you get your own work truck and gas card.

Cons

No personal life. Get ready to work before sunrise and come home after sun set. Or work 24+ hours straight. If ur lucky you will get breaks. If I could 0 starts I would.
