Pros

The HR Department and Equipment Management have been a huge help for helping us get everything off to a smooth start so far in North Carolina. We have had our doors open for almost 3 months now and I am very happy and impressed with how everything is run over here. Compared to my old company it is a night and day difference.

More pto, higher wages, risking getting killed.

Healthcare, and overtime., But it would be better if we had more pto days, higher wages for almost risking our lives , crazy drivers out there everyday.. especially in the summer months, I can barely pay my bills every month.. sorry just being honest...thankyou, sincerely Jennifer

The day to day job is very entertaining you never know what you will see or deal with on a daily basis you also work with some very interesting people from all over

Cons

Instead of throwing new employees to the wolf's Mayne there first 2 or 3 days could be onsite with a crew so they have a better understanding of the job and jot just here's a radio go ti the other end and start flagging
