Pros

almost being your own boss . respond the the schedule, go to work ,do your job the best you can, and go home . if you can do all those things and do it well you will have a great experience here .

Cons

"yes ,they need to make a more strict attendance policy . people call off way too much . i had heard we were going to get a point system but then it did not happen . i was really hoping we got one .we have way to many call offs . when someone calls off it can trickle all the way down thru the line and effect many ."

Safety and respect working with great co workers and supervisors for a safe work environment in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Delaware training new co workers stabilizing the job

Okay, but sometimes there were problems with wages.

Pros

Safety. good morale. Team oriented. I enjoy how easy it is to get anything I need new uniform or papers or just any questions I need answered the supervisors respond promptly

Cons

I think the pay could be raised to give people reason to stay longer then just the bonus 16.11 is alittle low to be able to survive in today world and communication between the office/supervisors and staff
