      Good hours for the most part Weekly pay then every 2 weeks I like that Being extra safe on the jobs gettin teach different ways of doing things on each job and I like how are willing to teach safer way doing

      What I value most about working with Traffic Plan is the strong sense of teamwork, safety-first culture, and mutual respect among employees. Everyone supports one another to get the job done efficiently and professionally. I also appreciate the opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and make a positive impact on keeping roadways safe for both workers and the public.

      Cons

      Traffic Plan is a great company to work for, but like any organization, there’s always room for improvement. One area that could be strengthened is communication between management and field teams, ensuring everyone receives updates, schedule changes, and feedback in a timely and consistent way. Additionally, providing more training opportunities and clearer paths for career advancement would help employees feel even more supported and motivated to grow within the company.

      Pros

      Working for traffic plan has opened up my eyes completely. It made me realize how important safety is while being on the road. Not only for us as employees, but also for the people we protect on the road and the ones we have on contract. I value the trust, honesty, vulnerability, & hard work we do when we are out there performing. Most importantly, i value the safety. Safety is definitely the key to success with this company.

      Cons

      The only aspect i would say that can be improved is certain equipment to be updated and upgraded. Some equipment is old, but not all
