Client services (any kind of agency environment) as a whole can be challenging — which is part of the fun! I find that a lot of people love the pace but others tend to prefer a slow pace, dull work environment. It is very dependent on you as an individual. TRAINOR is in client services, so ultimately things are fast pace, high energy to maintain happy clients and a thriving business.

The first week I was there I was thrown off by how certain individuals in upper management spoke to others on the team. It was very unprofessional and I was uncomfortable. I instantly knew within a week that I couldn't stay knowing the "vibe" of the workplace. Unfortunately, if you do not do EXACTLY as the team wants then you will be let go. They do NOT like new ideas, and they do not foster team meetings to brainstorm new ideas or ways to do things better. It's the daily grind of the "same old same old" and if you step out of line you're out. I wouldn't recommend this place to grow in your professional career, maybe as an intern or fresh out of college. But in terms of work quality, it's not better than any other agency in the area - though they like to think they are. There is no professional development, no time to breathe or think or be creative here and you can't "question" anything. What's the point of being an agency if you can't THINK or be creative? It's the preface of an agency.
