      It's a very tight-knit community so if you are not looking to stick around the area, it is not the job for you.

      Thank you for your feedback. We do have a very supportive team. We provide endless opportunities for each employee to grow into the role they desire, but we never fault anyone for wanting to leave the area. In fact, we have a few satellite offices with remote employees.
