Pros

Traliant is a fast-paced and extremely innovative company with a product/market fit that is unparalleled. We have the most engaging content and can customize our training like no one else. It is very exciting to work for a company whose product is making an impact and ultimately helping to effectuate behavioral change within organizations. Furthermore, is so refreshing to work for an organization who not only listens to customer feedback, but also implements these changes to ensure that our training remains modern and up-to-date. This is truly a sales-driven organization where initiative is encouraged and rewarded. I am excited to see what the future has in store for Traliant!

Cons

As with many fast-growing companies, things are constantly evolving and sometimes we wear many hats. This is something I enjoy and I must say I've never been at an organization where every team (marketing, product, content, etc) is so responsive and willing to help win deals.

Pros

1. The product - it practically sells itself! Our product is so professionally done that my phone rings immediately after someone views a course. 2. Management - no micro managers here. Our culture doesn't need them because everyone goes above and beyond to ensure our success. Everyone has true vested interest - so refreshing! 3. Autonomy - I love being trusted to manage my work without someone looking over my shoulder. 4. The people! Everyone is as accessible as possible and willing to pitch in when needed. 5. Benefits! The benefits were subpar, but have greatly improved this year and are now more aligned with the standards offered by most companies.

Cons

I don't look at these as "Cons". Rather, the couple of things I can think of are the result of growing pains. These are on management's radar and I have faith that these will continue to improve as we grow: 1. Communication - no examples to relay, but all companies can improve their transparency and info relayed to employees and applicants 2. Career Paths - there weren't any until just recently, so it's great to see the company acknowledging this and making strides to change this!

company is growing rapidly and benefits continue to improve as the company grows and continues to be a leader in the market. Being a fully remote company is a positive

Cons

can be a little difficult to get up to speed in some areas being remote while it is being addressed as the company advances
