Pros
It’s both exciting and gratifying to work for a company whose product makes a positive impact on organizations and the individuals within them. Speaking of the training… It’s good, like reeeeeally good. They’ve invested time and money into creating industry-leading courses, and are continuously improving them based on customer and employee feedback. You’ve probably taken some awful online company-mandated training at some point… this isn’t that by a long shot. The Traliant team is top-notch, helmed by industry veterans who are not only very accessible, but also actively solicit feedback from their employees. Everyone gives their all to making this company thrive. We wouldn’t have been able to grow so quickly (#13 on Deloitte’s Fast 500 last year!!!) without a full roster of all-stars. And.... they toss kudos around here like confetti! It’s amazing. I’ve never felt so appreciated in my entire career and I’m not the only one with this sentiment. Every day you'll see co-workers congratulating one another on anything from landing a new customer to running a teams meeting, and sometimes even for their dog winning a coveted calendar "pinup pooch" contest. We're just that kind of company. Oh, and the CEO regularly posts shout outs to employees on LinkedIn, It really makes all the hard work worth it.
Cons
As you can tell, I really believe in this company, their training, and the importance of it’s impact, which is why I am OK with a never-ending to-do list. Honestly, if you aren’t the type of person to get excited tackling new projects or programs, sharing feedback and pitching in to implement, and striving for growth, then a role at Traliant probably isn’t the best fit for you.
