Company Destroyed in the Last Six Months

Pros

Company culture was great up until the board decided to change everything. Maggie, the SVP of HR did a great job building the company culture within an entirely remote company. Now, the only pro would be leaving work two hours early on Fridays.

Cons

If there was a book on how to run a company into the ground, it would either be written by Elon Musk or the private equity firm PSG that owns Traliant. What made Traliant great and our courses sell well has been totally abandoned. Brain drain is real- either through layoffs or talented folks leaving. Zero transparency anymore.

Pros

They got 5 stars from me before PSG Equity showed up and destroyed the company The HR team gets 5 stars for caring about employees and growing a positive culture John Arendes gets the 5 star approval rating below

Cons

Clear recent takeover from board of investors who made poor decisions Lack of transparency or direction New leadership does have knowledge on the product, but zero clue how to execute Culture is in the tank as a result. A huge shame because so many amazing people are still there

The other review that says run - seriously, run.

Pros

Can't think of one pro

Cons

"Remote" but not really. You're expected to be at your computer during normal working hours and respond immediately to messages or emails so as to "not keep leadership waiting." No flexibility with time at all. Leadership is filled with ego, not empowering and just incredibly rude overall. Micromanaging is STRONG, like insane. And there are so many internal cliches, it's worse than high school.
