Pros

Great Training, some of the best out there Development willing to customize when other vendors wont Good people OUTSIDE of Sr. "Leadership" Technically is employment

Cons

*NEVER PAY ON TIME. EVER* *Untrustworthy owners/executives. Spend more time over selling internally than actually delivering what they promise. *Any direct report who can put up with CEO has known him for 10+ years. All others that are direct reports leave after a few months if not weeks. *TERRIBLE to women and people in general. Blames it on being from New York like it's a valid excuse. Yells at everyone. Deep down a weak individual who gets off on demeaning people who really want to work and do well. DOES NOT practice what their training preaches. *Will change comp plan on you days before it's time to pay you. Just depends on the mood of the CEO at that time. *Constantly tells us how investors are in awe of what he is doing. More than likely spends his time talking to them to inflate ego, doubtful he will ever do anything. *Spends rest of time email watching so he can back hand compliment people at best. Majority of the time the tone is extreme and counters the directive/tone he may have given just days before. *Employees will never see stock options and investment opportunities into the start up. *Leads are controlled and only given to a couple good ole' boy/girl reps. Supposed to be evenly distributed among vertical assignment but that is 100% untrue. You CAN NOT believe anything management tells you. *Benefits are terrible and expensive. Lackluster at best. In a time where companies compete for talent by offering great benefits and 401K match, this place takes the opposite approach. *Most execs come from other toxic environments and they turned this place into the same. ***The Covid-19 response was a Disaster! Goes from telling entire company on a Monday that we are on strong financial footing, have plenty of cash to with stand this, we have the best team... Then on that Thursday changes his mind (which he so frequently does) calls an exec meeting to plan on firing people they very next Monday! So no effort was truly put into researching where we were as a company, or he does not have the mental capacity to stick to his word and follow through. Either way it was, and he is, a Disaster?*** *Overall please don't waste you time, effort and mental state pursuing employment at this company no matter how desperate you may be!*

Poor culture, zero support

Pros

Full time remote, unfortunately not much else

Cons

I was brought over to Traliant through a company buyout and the immediate change in culture was drastic unfortunately. The game here is quantity over quality. I was put into a role with zero support or documentation. Extremely tight deadlines due to overcommitments to clients and requiring the lowest costs possible to make it happen. Expect to receive emails from all hours of evening from leadership. They will say that they don't want you to work extra hours but they will also not provide any support to actually make that possible. There are some seriously wonderful and talented people working here but they was losing them at high rates due to burn out. There is also an incredible lack of diversity in leadership for a company that specializes in DEI training.

Pros

High Base Salary Competitive product Remote Room for advancement Small business team excels (this is the real market)

Cons

Culture has completely changed There is literally no diversity (ironic for a company that sells DEI) but on townhalls it was said "they hire the best people." On boarding is chaotic Most of the deals are smaller but the higher employee team has 3 times the reps. Really the culture just completely shifted to a complete lack of trust from senior leadership towards the reps. There isn't much turnover here but ironically the sales tanking all started when the old VP left.
