      Pros

      Join a book of the week club you will have plenty of time to read. The 50+ hours you will be forced to spend there you may actually work 10 hours.

      Cons

      Will have to be there at least 60 hours a week mandatory. Pay is very poor, no benefits, you have to work there 3 years before you get any vacation, and you will never see more than 3 weeks of vacation no matter how long you work there. If you were glasses there is no vision plan and a very poor health plan. Would never recommend this company to anyone

      We the best place to work at in America just ask anybody and they will tell you Trane is the place to be

      Cons

      If you don't like it don't cut don't try and work there they will fire you if you don't believe me just go to unemployment
