There's a lot of hurtles to get work out with Trane being such a large company.

If you are Black and want to work in the southern region be very careful and aware. There is a lot of sneaky behavior that goes on with this region. There have been several race issues that have arisen and nothing is done about it. If work culture matters to you, you don’t want to work here. The Atlanta office in general is the “throw you under the bus” culture for sure. The pay is below the industry norm. You are expected to do all this work and are not compensated for it.
