      Great Company, Bad District Management

      Pros

      The benefits are great. The size of the company (Ingersoll Rand) allows for a lot of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Extremely poor, and at times, seemingly unethical district level management. Cliques within district creating drama. Blind eye being turned to underperforming employees due to 2 previous comments. Lack of up to date technology. Highly negative reinforcement over positive. Shamed for attempting to have a work/life balance.

      Pros

      We believe in safety first and take pride in our quality. Management is always open to suggestions from all employees to make or company and safer and more productive plant. Quality, Production, Scrape/wastes, and attendance are rewarded with monthly bonuses. Trane also believes in taking care of our bodies with free workout sessions 2 times a week. Our plant continuously strives for World Class Safety, every incident is closely investigated so proper changes can be made to ensure nobody else gets hurt. Opportunity to move up. and much more to list here.

      Cons

      Have to start out as a Temp. Must get hired permanently within a year or you get laid off for 6 months with the opportunity to come back for another shot.
