      Pros

      Beautiful campus, some very humorous coworkers, early start time. Passable pay.

      Cons

      Challenging to take breaksome or lunches, pay is low for level of detail, volume of work, and highly physical nature of the job. Archaic software, no training, mobbing work environment, out of touch management. No free water. Not a fun place to work, emotionally abusive environment, no transparency, no appreciation. Like a bad Friday movie. Run.

      Pros

      Trane has an incredible team of probably the most talented group of people I've ever had the pleasure of being surrounded. The brand name speaks for itself and the quality of the product is incomparable in the residential and commercial marketplace. #1 trusted consumer brand in HVAC.

      Cons

      Departments are very fragmented and tend to work in silos. It requires a lot of patience to work with cross-functional employees to accomplish fast-paced sales goals.
