      The best I can say is the pay and matching 401k at this time.

      Cons

      Top heavy management, you will be scrutinized from district to personal level. They kiss butt all the way up and want your lips up there also. If you're a "yes man" and can keep you lips attached to your team leads bunghole, then yeah, you can retire here. Team leads aren't going anywhere higher and they know it, so they're afforded this chance to be the pain in everyone's work life. Other than that, great place to work if you don't care about yourself and your life in the future.
