Pros
Amazing cooperation between the people really allows you to grasp the impact that your department has on the successful operation of the manufacturing process. It was easy to contact people throughout the company and inquire on their projects or ask for advice on their specialization.
Cons
To really grow in your role you will be expected to ask a lot of questions. There is not a standard on-boarding process to get individuals up to speed on their job responsibilities. This could be improved by providing a more structured first month experience.
