      Everything changed for the worse. After 20yrs of service i was given a $5 pay cut. I can't make ends meet. IR has ruined

      Pros

      No pros at all. Work sux. Two 5 minute breaks and a 15 minute lunch.

      Cons

      Expected to be grateful you have a job and tolerant any and all requests. Leadership talks the talk without being able to walk it. IR wants cheap Mexican labor . No benefits or paid vacation time for first 5yrs.

      Pros

      Room to grow and advance. Plenty of talent and opportunities to learn necessary skills that can/will benefit anyone continuing in a manufacturing field.

      Cons

      No HR support when it comes to dealing with the union. Continous implications about lose of employment.

      Pros

      Excellent team with great communication. Have already learned a great amount after only two months and feel completely assimilated.

      Cons

      Work can be stressful at times, but you should know what you're getting yourself into if you're looking at this type of job already. Only unfortunate part is that there isn't much room for upward movement, just an increase in accounts.
