Good flexibility. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Mgmt mirco-manages. No communication within the org. High turnover due to no career prospect and development. Upper management only listens to the managers. Push people up by years of service and not actual capabilities. No training nor development program for junior managers and executives. Command and control management style. Do not listen to suggestions on process improvement.
