      Pros

      - Work satisfaction - Lots of autonomy to get the job done - Customer-focused - Treated with respect by local management

      Cons

      - They're starting to treat technicians like a bunch of temp agency nobodies - Corporate is totally disconnected from the reality of employees in the field - Safety and EHS is out of control - Adding GPS trackers to service trucks - Over-complicating pay with Kronos which doesn't take the irregularities of field service into account - Work-life balance sucks - Recent restructuring has caused serious issues with communication, parts ordering, and scheduling - HSA only, no PPO - Absolutely no loyalty extended to employees regardless of years of service or contributions

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good Campus is beautiful Lots of great people to work with in the middle levels, but they are quickly getting beaten down .

      Cons

      Treats people with little respect. Strategy is always short sighted and operates by the concept of constant chaos. Their definition of work/life balance is that life = work at all times. I've seen people criticized for things like taking a lunch during a 12+ hour work day or even needing to leave for a family emergency when it's inconvenient for the company at the given time.

      Pros

      Pay was above average with great 401k. Hourly employees are great to work with, but I was salaried and had to work with some very disgruntled front office folks.

      Cons

      No training at all. Onboarding is a joke for 2 weeks. A lot of ancient MRP processes that are very time consuming and redundant. The guy finally assigned to train me after I brought it up for 3 weeks was very hesitant to divulge information.
