      Good company too many managers

      Pay, vacation, perks like new gear

      Cons

      Way to many mangers that have pointless jobs that can be done by people below them. I had 5 people i reported to and i was a manager as well. The problem is they all feel like they have to make some sort of impact to get noticed so they put their changes into things that are fine. Very frustrating.

      Growth- moving into different positions is pretty easy Leadership classes- they offer different trainings and classes depending on what you want to do where they will take you off the production floor and teach you different skills

      Cons

      Trane has union employees on the floor, and sometimes it can feel like union v company
