Pros

The building is nice. The product is innovative. There's a Starbucks and free gym. You'll like it if you are comfortable with not being a team player or having to not use your brain.

Cons

Management and HR is the worst I've seen in years. Management dumbs people down no matter the experience or background. HR is only for executive level employees. They do not care about the little people below manufacturing the product. The environment is toxic as there is no room for growth. There's been bullying by people who have been there for years but get away with things because they are sneaky. HR is useless when it comes to repetitive complaints from several employees about the same things and same employees causing toxic environment. Lots of harrassing and negative gossiping. There's a constant revolving door of good employees hired but all quitting because Management doesn't see value in keeping good people. You're replaceable. No matter how long you work there you will never be valued. Too much micromanaging and strict for a small company. There's no trust in employees. People don't bother putting 2wk notices anymore because they are let go before their two weeks are up. That's how much they care. They do not pay people enough but have all these requirements to be a qualified candidate. There's no incentives or recognition for employees that do work hard consistently and go above and beyond. There is no growth no future. There's no advancement for career opportunities.

Pros

We all join for the mission.

Cons

This organization is a chaotic mess. The leadership team hides behind their proclaimed mission, but in reality, they consist of a clique of unscrupulous, professionally underdeveloped physicians driven by greed and a desire for control. They operate by their own set of rules, dismissing anyone who questions their methods and view alternative ideas as a potential threat. The employees that have stayed for years are closely associated with the leadership (either through personal connections or familial ties) and are notably inept. The absence of well-defined processes is glaring, and support from the Massachusetts home office is virtually non-existent. HR is non-responsive and closely tied to the leadership. Managers exhibit a lack of experience in handling employees and, in some cases, work alongside or under the supervision of their spouses. The work culture demands an unreasonable number of consecutive hours without breaks, all while compensating employees with a flat salary, without overtime. The hazardous working conditions even extend to instances where employees, fatigued from working over 24 hours continuously, are at risk of accidents. I actually fell asleep at a red light on my way home from a case. This is not a company I would recommend working for. Individuals are treated merely as numbers, and the leadership demonstrates a complete lack of concern for their well-being. Steer clear of this company.

Pros

Good starting salary, average health benefits, holidays and vacation, 401k (no match). Innovative technology that could revolutionize organ transplantation. You will undoubtedly walk away with a unique experience to help you find your next job.

Cons

Little opportunity for career growth or salary increase within the organization. No incentives, save for a steady salary, unless you fall within the caste system. Tenure over education has led to a management incapable of delegating and motivating their staff .Team building is non-existent contributing to high turn over. The company's success in the marketplace seems to be always on the horizon but also seems to be just out of reach.
